Online Registration & Payment
Fill out the registration form and proceed to payment.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with your receipt will be sent to the registered email address.

On-site Check-in
Present your confirmation email at the registration desk to receive your name badge and workshop materials.
Student registrants must present a valid student ID for verification at the on-site registration desk

Notes
- Regular registration includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, the welcome reception (evening of 1 Nov.), a pre-paid check card for lunches (KRW 60,000), coffee breaks, and the banquet (evening of 3 Nov.).
- Student registration includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, the welcome reception (evening of 1 Nov.), a pre-paid check card for lunches (KRW 60,000), and coffee breaks. Students who wish to attend the banquet may purchase a banquet ticket for an additional USD 75 (KRW 112,500) during pre-registration. Banquet tickets will not be available for purchase on-site.
- Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
✓ Full Refund
On or before October 12, 2026
100% of the fee shall be refunded, less any applicable processing charges. The registration fee is refundable after deduction of necessary expenses already incurred.
✗ No Refund
From October 13, 2026 onwards
Cancellation requests received from October 13, 2026 are not refundable.
- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by email (secretariat@iiw8.org).
- All approved refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after IIW8, for administrative reasons.
- All cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).
